Things to know

  • *Most services include a small admin fee (excluding the airport transfer and local transportation services)

    *Admin fee noted excludes additional charges from suppliers e.g. minders hourly rate, groceries, housekeeping fee etc

    *Admin fees are paid from guest to enaservus directly

    *Local activities include an hourly rate only if an enaservus team member is required to accompany guests throughout the activity

  • *Rides are coordinated directly with guest and a member of the enaservus team

    *Ride cost is agreed upfront and payment is made from guest to enaservus directly

    *All rides are pending availability of an enaservus team member

    *Vehicle noted is a small SUV fitting four guests, three pieces of large luggage and four pieces of personal items e.g. handbag, backpack etc

    *In the event rider comfort, vehicle damage and or safety is prohibited due to excessive luggage, we can help coordinate another ride at the guests costs
